I had my first root canal done by Dr. Brian a few months ago at East County Endodontics, and he did a fantastic job! I was sent here by my dentist after I had a tooth suddenly break, and by the end of the procedure I could tell that Dr. Brian was a pain eliminating expert! I had heard stories of root canals being painful, and I am happy to say that this was not my case here! When it was over, I felt a slight tenderness for about 3 days after the procedure, and by the end of the week I felt completely pain free! The staff there also called me the following day to check up on how I was feeling, and I was very pleased to hear from Alisha, who worked with Dr. Brian on the root canal. They are a very skilled, professional, and caring practice! :)

Dr. Hornberger and his staff could not have been kinder, more professional or better. Truly, from the moment I walked in, they explained everything in detail, made me feel at ease (a root canal is nerve wracking) and it was over much faster than I realized. Would recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

If you need to go see Dr. Hornberger for dental work you’ve come to the right place. When you walk in you’re greeted by a very pleasant lady at the desk. She was extremely nice and friendly, checked me in and their assistant Ben took me back to my chair. Ben made me feel comfortable and was just as nice and friendly. Dr. Hornberger is also very nice and took the time to explain everything. Too bad I can’t come here for regular cleanings because I would switch my regular dentists for this place.

Had great experiences with Dr Brian. My mother in law visited from overseas and happened to get stuck here during the COVID19 lock-down. Her teeth were causing severe pain on the right side of her face. We were referred to Dr Brian for the Root Canal. Was able to make an emergency appointment the next day (which was great since most clinics were closed), and he offered a discount since she was uninsured. Very affordable compared to others that quoted me.
The clinic itself is very clean and cozy, and they have pretty advanced equipment.
The Dr and his assistant are SUPER friendly. They talk you through everything step by step, and give you the confidence that you need. They were very patient with the million questions that we asked.
We were very pleased with their service that we decided to go back a week later when another tooth on the lower jaw needed a root canal as well.

Dr. Hornberger is excellent and so is his staff. Was referred to him for an epicoectomy. I never felt discomfort when the local anesthetics were applied he was so gentle. He explained the procedure so I knew what to expect. During the procedure he was gentle and he has a hind voice. His technician was the same. Shalee at the front desk is so nice and patient. Never thought to say my experience with a specialist was wonderful but it was. See no other but Dr. Brian Hornberger! I’m now pain free too!

Just had my second root canal with Dr Hornberger, each time was an absolute breeze, him and his staff are extremely efficient and do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible!

Went in for a second opinion on a prior root canal. Found out the problem and explained really well what and how to fix it. Very kind and makes anyone feel at ease and as tranquil and you can be. I left the office and regretted not addressing the issue so I called back and they did took me back in to do the procedure. The doctor was so gentle with the injections and kept me in the loop the whole process. I am definitely going only to him for any Endodontics needs.
